Forms and permits relating to construction and zoning are approved or denied by the Arcadia Planning and Zoning Committee and then the Arcadia City Council. The Planning and Zoning Committee meets on the first Monday of the month at 6pm with the Arcadia City Council Meeting following at 7pm. If you are unsure as to whether or not you need a permit - please contact City Hall BEFORE starting your project.
